Macino leavened products are born from time, care and research into the ingredients.

We work each dough with sourdough starter and long leavening times, choosing ingredients that reflect the region and our vision of cuisine. Heirloom apples, Picolit, and select fruit become part of soft, fragrant, and never overly sweet creations.

Each leavened product is produced by hand, in limited quantities, respecting the natural times of the dough.

We're not just looking for a holiday dessert, but a shared experience: a gastronomic product where technique, memory, and creativity meet.
